Lauching new Fellowships in Digital Humanities

Come and join the network of digital humanists working in Oxford! The Bodleian Libraries have announced the launch of the Gale Asia Pacific, Digital Humanities Oxford Fellowships. These three-month funded fellowships offer a chance to perform intensive digital research into any topic in any field. Fellows will get unbeatable access not only to the Centre for Digital Scholarship at the Bodleian, but also to the Gale Digital Scholar Lab, containing over 160 million pages of digitised collections.

At a time when COVID-19 is severely impacting access to traditional archives and research collections, these fellowships are a great chance to demonstrate the power of digital methods to enable new scholarship in the humanities.

This is a fantastic new opportunity for digital scholars from outside Oxford University. Although preference will be given to scholars working in the Asia-Pacific region, anyone can apply.

Applications close 11 September 2020, so get working on your proposal now.
